Pack Rules
1. Just like in real life packs may be started at anytime and by anyone.
2. Males are always on the higher end of things. Female are more on a lower level. When compared to the way humans view genders, females are more like property than equals. However if a female can fight then they are more than welcome to become leaders.
3. Pack can be started by anyone but they will not be officially allowed to get/claim a territory until they have at five-active-members.
4. To start a pack you must first fill out the pack form in the pack creation board. Before approval, you must have at least three active users with five approved characters to join the pack. To find these member you may set up a recruitment thread.
5. Once you have at least four interested members/five approved characters you can submit an application in the pack creation board.
6. All packs function under the same hierarchal system. The alpha pair are on top, followed by the beta pair(advisers to the alphas), the High Generals and then the Platoon Leaders. Member below the Beta do have to be mates.
7. Members below Platoon Leaders get generic ranks. Some pack have scouts or hunters or other task based ranks but they aren't required.
8. Ranks can't just be taken because you want it. The alphas or beats if the alphas give them the power to are the ones to give out ranks.
9. All other rules regarding a pack's behavior like being evil or good or even neutral are governed by the alpha.
10. Alphas have the right to allow members in their pack to mate or not.
